Policies

Before you book an appointment with us, please review our studio polices below


⚠️ COVID-19
Prior to your appointment, you will be required to fill out a COVID-19 questionnaire. Please be forthcoming with all information. If you are feeling sick, having allergies, have traveled, have been exposed to, or cared for a COVID-19 positive person within the last 14 days, please reschedule your appointment for later.

You will be required to sign a “consent to comply” with the new safety protocols before you arrive. If you refuse to comply with the new safety protocols when you arrive, unfortunately, you will be asked to leave and you will forfeit your paid booking fee.

1 on 1 appointments only, no guests are allowed. Please don’t bring anyone else to your scheduled appointment.

There will be 10 minute blocks between appointments. All surfaces are disinfected and sanitized thoroughly after every client and frequently. Even more so at this time.

Please arrive with a face mask on and covering the mouth and nose to your appointment.
No mask – no service, even if you are already fully vaccinated.
You must wear the mask the whole time you are at the studio with the exceptions of either getting a lip tattoo or taking before & after photos. Failure to abide by this, will result in the cancelation of your appointment and forfeiture of your already paid booking fee.

Once you enter the studio your temperature will be taken with a contactless thermometer. We will be monitoring our temperature every day as well. Any reading of 100.0 or higher will result in the cancelation of services and forfeiture of your paid booking fee.

You will be asked to wash or sanitize your hands when you arrive.

For your safety, we will be wearing a mask, and gloves at all times.

Please email us at pmbyainura@gmail.com if you develop any symptoms, or don’t feel good before your appointment or if you wish to reschedule your appointment for later. Let’s try our best, in following all CDC and state guidelines on preventing this spread as much as possible.

If you recently had or you are about to have your COVID-19 vaccine, please make sure you schedule your appointment 14 days before/after to avoid possible complications.



⚠️ BOOKING FEE
The non-refundable booking fee is to ensure that you are serious about coming to your scheduled appointment. We want to make sure no one’s time is wasted.

A a 50% or a 60% (depends on the artist), non-refundable booking fee is applied to the cost of your procedure, and is due at booking. The remaining balance is due immediately after the initial service is complete.

No refunds will be given for any services that have been scheduled. If you change your mind or can no longer attend the scheduled appointment for whatever reason, THE BOOKING FEE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.



⚠️ CANCELATION POLICY
We understand that last-minute emergencies sometimes pop up. However, if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule.

We require a 48 hours of advance notice for all appointments, including consultations, complimentary & annual touch-ups. No exceptions.

No refunds will be given on the booking fee due to late cancellations (less than 48 hours before your appointment) or no-shows.




⚠️ RESCHEDULING
If you would like to reschedule your appointment, you can do it online or by sending us an email at pmubyainura@gmail.com any time up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Appointments occurring in less than 48 hours may be rescheduled by paying a new non-refundable booking fee.



⚠️ LATE ARRIVAL
Out of respect and consideration for your cosmetic tattoo artist and other clients, please do your best to arrive on time.

If you are more than 15 minutes late (if you feel you will be late, please let us know in advance so that plans can be made), we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and no refund will be given for your booking fee in this situation.

We are aware that life happens and are sympathetic, but we often have another client after the initial one and it would be unfair for them to have to wait for their appointment. If any of these situations do occur and you still wish to have the procedure, a new non-refundable booking fee and scheduled appointment will need to be made.



⚠️ APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING
We DO NOT schedule appointments over the phone, also NO WALK-INS PLEASE.

⚠️ LANGUAGE
Due to language barriers, clients must speak & read English in order to schedule an appointment.

We speak both English & Russian but you must be able to read & fill out the paperwork in English



⚠️ COVERUPS/CORRECTIONS
If you have had your eyebrows/eyes/lips previously tattooed/microbladed in the past elsewhere and are interested in a cover-up/re-work, you MUST email us some clear photos to pmubyainura@gmail.com prior to booking your appointment. We don’t work over the eyebrows/eyes/lips previously done elsewhere unless the pigment is 100% faded or removed first without any scar tissue left behind.

We cannot guarantee results for cases such as these and we must approve that your eyebrows/eyes/lips are workable. In most cases where the previous work is too dark, dense, discolored, or large, tattoo removal will be highly recommended before we begin the cover-up/re-work. Previously tattooed areas and cover-ups will never heal the same as work on clients with untouched skin.



⚠️ PRICING
Pricing is subject to change at any time without notice



⚠️ PAYMENT
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cash, Venmo, Apple Pay & PayPal/PayPal Credit.

Cash payments are preferred

We do not accept checks or money orders



⚠️ TOUCH-UPS
A complimentary touch-up appointment can be scheduled no sooner than 6-12 weeks following the first session, although later is better. We must give your skin ample time to fully heal and regenerate before tattooing it again.

This touch-up appointment is highly suggested for the best-healed results.

Must be done no later than 6 months after the first session.

If you can not perform the complimentary touch-up due to your own scheduling conflicts, medical reasons, pregnancy, or do not show up for your scheduled appointment for whatever reason, a touch-up fee of $100 will be charged for touch-ups as well as if you schedule it after 6 months depending on next appointment availability.

No additional touch-up appointments will be performed earlier than 12 months after the last service to avoid skin trauma.

Refreshers/Color Boost Session (the annual touch-ups) are generally required every 1-3 years to keep the color looking fresh.

If any other technician applies any cosmetic tattoo over an area originally done by us, we will no longer perform any other future procedures on you. No exceptions.



⚠️ OUT OF TOWN GUESTS
If you are traveling/flying to us from another state or country, we recommend purchasing travel insurance. We will not be responsible for any expenses should an unforeseen circumstance arise (weather, illness or the like).



⚠️ GUEST POLICY
Children and Pets are NOT allowed at Re:Pigment.Me Beauty Studio & Academy, even though we love both dearly.



⚠️ GRATUITIES
Gratuities are not necessary but always appreciated. The best gratuities for us are your referrals & honest 5* Google reviews



⚠️ CHANGING YOUR ARTIST
All cosmetic tattoo artists have their own signature styles, so your follow-up touch up must be booked with the artist you booked your initial session with. If you wish to book a follow-up appointment with a different artist on staff, please note it will be the same as booking a new procedure for the first initial session with the new artist. Also, an additional follow-up will be required since this will be the same as doing a new procedure.

Additionally, every artist on staff has different rates according to their level of experience. If you decide you would like to switch artists in the studio, you will have to pay the difference accordingly. If your artist is no longer with the company, your follow-up/refresh can be scheduled with any Lead Artist on staff (within the same pricing range), and the price of your follow-up/fresh will be honored.



⚠️ RESULTS
When you leave the appointment, your cosmetic tattoo will be intact and we will do our best to help you heal properly. Your lifestyle choices, age, genetics, and skin type will contribute to the retention of your pigment. If you use sun-beds, sunbathe, don’t use sun protection, smoke, use anti-aging creams or acidic cleansers over the tattooed areas, sweat daily your cosmetic tattoo WILL fade faster and you’ll need to come earlier for your refresh touch ups.

Cosmetic tattoos are an art, not a science. Your results will vary and using makeup may still be needed, especially when wearing heavy coverage makeup.

This is not necessarily a no maintenance treatment, but a low maintenance treatment. No two sides of the face are the same or perfectly symmetrical and whilst trying to obtain perfect symmetry is our goal, nothing is guaranteed or 100% perfect.

Healed results will vary with each individual client. We have no control over what occurs during the healing process.

Absolutely NO guarantees will be made and no additional touch-ups will be performed earlier than 12 months after the last service to avoid skin trauma.



⚠️ RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
We reserve the right to refuse service or training to anyone at our discretion.

If you are knowingly under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or any mood-altering drugs/medications when you arrive at your scheduled appointment YOU APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELED AND NEED TO BE RESCHEDULED. You will also forfeit your non-refundable booking fee and will be required to secure a new appointment with a new non-refundable booking fee. NO EXCEPTIONS
